The Alzheimer's Society has information on a wide range of dementia related topics.  Includes a dementia forum.

 
 

The National Health Service website has a wide range of information about dementia including symptoms and early signs and the process of getting a diagnosis.

  
 

Age Concern is a national organisation concerned with all aspects of ageing and caring for an ageing population.  Includes a forum.

 
 

Carers UK can offer information relating to carers' rights at work, financial assistance to carers, safety in the home and how to assess your needs as a carer.  Includes a forum.

 
 

SPECAL (Specialised Early Care for Alzheimer's) is a charitable organisation with an innovative approach to the lifelong well-being of people with dementia.

 
The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulatory body of health and care in England.  It can provide independent reports and quality ratings on all care homes in your area.  
 

The Department of Health for information for carers, including funding, grants, a carers' forum and support services.  Includes a carers' forum.
